  • "To the point - I'm a BMX (bicycle motocross) racer here in Greensboro NC...I've always had a problem with the local bicycle shops never having any race jerseys, pants protective gear, etc...So taking a chance one day I stopped in at SRS Motorsports to see what they had - much to my surprise, I found a very extensive line of the Thor name brand race gear (jerseys, pants, etc) in stock and several styles as well. The thing I remember is that I could have been discredited due to me being a BMXer...but the guys wanted to make sure that their gear was conducive to my sport - the fact is MX gear is exactly what BMXers use much of the time - Don (store manager) was even willing to special order goods for me if I wanted, but there was no need - I picked out my race gear and was treated as a very important customer! Sorry to be so lengthy, but here's the point - If they treat a local BMXer like me with such great service and importance - how much more when someone buys a big ticket item ie. a motorcycle, ATV, street bike whatever the case may be! Oh yeah, one last thing - Ends up that the price I paid for my gear was even cheaper than I could have ordered through my local "bicycle" shop!...I'll patron SRS for all of my rider wear from here on out! Been meaning to send this testimonial for a while - sorry about the delay!"

You took all the time necessary to explain about the different machines and options to purchase them. So many nice machines to choose from & wonderful reps there to help. When you make a big decision, you want to make it right. You helped my parents & I so much. We truly appreciate all you've done and it will not be forgotten. I was amazed at how well everyone there worked together, like a team. You all were so very friendly and considerate and that made a BIG difference.   • "I have a rare older model diesel Polaris Sportsman which was having starter issues. I brought the starter in to SRS and Don the GM brought me straight to Steve the Service Manager and rather than give the starter to a mechanic Steve disassembled the starter himself right then and there with me watching and identifying the problem. I was then able to go back inside and order what I needed to repair my ATV from Don. Best yet they didn't even charge me for diagnostic time. These folks are great, friendly and they know their stuff. They have gained a loyal customer in me!"

  • "Last month I made my first motorcycle purchase, a 2008 Ninja 250r. While other shops I called were unable to get this bike, SRS not only got it promptly, but in the color I wanted as well. The staff was very friendly and helpful especially Chad, the sales associate that sold me the bike...He answered my many questions about the bike and the sales process and familiarized me with the bike when it came in, along with a short demo to help shake some of the jitters I was feeling from not riding for such a long time. Overall I've had a great experience working with SRS and would highly recommend them as the shop to use to any interested consumer."

  • "From the moment I walked in I felt like a welcomed customer. I was greeted by the owner and even though it was close to closing time, the employees cheerfully stayed to help me with my purchase. The next day I came in on my lunch hour and the paperwork was all ready prepared for me. When I picked up my bike, it was gassed up, and detailed, and I got a walk-through on the new machine. A shout-out to Don, Stephanie, Chad, Jay, Ashley, and Steve. What an outstanding buying experience that you have to try for yourself. Go there, buy there, make SRS your dealership. YOU won't be disappointed."

  • "My friend found a V-Star 650 Custom for me online at SRS I called up there and spoke with Stephanie. She was extremely knowledgeable and a joy to deal with. I drove from Charlotte NC to G'boro and when I got there they greeted me like they had known me forever. My bike was ready, my paperwork was started and ready for me to sign. After that, they pulled the bike out front ran me through everything, and helped me load it up. This is my first bike and it was a very smooth experience. It took me longer to drive there than it did for the entire transaction. Stephanie assured me this bike was MINT and that I would be extremely pleased. They took additional photos and emailed them to me as well. Although they are 1.5 hrs from Charlotte with that kind of customer service I'd travel that distance to do business with them again. Thank you for making my first bike purchase enjoyable!!"

  • "I recently visited the shop because I am shopping for a helmet and a jacket and I wanted to try on some before buying. The entire staff was very helpful and friendly helping me find what I was looking for. The service manager even had me try on his Icon leather jacket so I feel what it was like compared to some of the other jackets. Most shops just stick to the department that they work in but not these guys, they all were familiar and knowledgeable with the bikes, riding gear, and service. I would feel very confident buying a bike here and know that any service performed would be reliable and timely"

  • "I went to SRS Motorsports after I had received a phone call/message for a pre-approval on my dream bike the Kawasaki Ninja. When I arrived my wife, son, and I were instantaneously greeted outside of the store and welcomed inside (since I was looking at the bikes outside and it had started to rain). After that, the entire staff treated me like I was family! I was approved for the bike after a great deal of handy work by Melissa and her husband and I couldn't be happier with my purchase and overall experience. The customer service was outstanding! Even though it was raining outside Melissa had gone out and bought my son and me a drink during the paperwork process, seriously people who else goes above and beyond like this to serve a customer? SRS Motorsports has gained my business for life! And that's a great thing as well since my wife is now interested in getting a bike!"

  • "We bought 2 four-wheelers from here last week. This place was awesome!!!! We were treated like we had known everyone there our whole lives!! We were introduced to everyone there, and everyone was so kind and I just really don't even have the words to describe what a wonderful experience we had!! We will be back to this facility with ALL of our future needs and will be referring all our friends!! By far a wonderful place that knows how to treat people and knows their products!!! Just needs more advertising so people know it's there..."

  • "I was looking to purchase a ZX6R in orange and although most dealers in North Carolina on their website listed one, no one seems to have one. I came across SRS's website and it showed they had 3, 2 ABS, and 1 non-ABS, I have already argued with other dealers over why their websites were not up to date, and given some bogus BS, I figured SRS was wrong too. But I decided to make a test run for the dragon on my newly bought Ninja 400 and since SRS was on my way I thought I would just drop by unannounced. I was shocked that after 3 months of searching for an orange ZX6R, they had 3 sitting there. The only dealer in NC that's website was actually up to date, WoW. I proceeded to talk to Josh, one of their salesman who was just an awesome guy who chatted with me while waiting for the offer and paperwork to go through. Not only did they work with me on my trade they also gave me an awesome deal on the New ZX6R. When they found out I was a veteran they not only knocked me a little off the top but treated me with the utmost respect that I just don't get anywhere else. Josh walked me around and introduced me to all the people who worked there showed me around my New bike and gave me some awesome advice. Great people I thought as I was leaving and felt it was my best experience with any dealer in my time as I am 54. As I got 1 hour away heading back to Fayetteville where I live I noticed that the quick-shifter wasn't working, I stopped and called Josh the salesman and he said if I wasn't to bring it back he would have the service department look at it. I hated to do that because of how other dealers have gotten upset over things like this and they always seem to want to keep your new purchase for weeks after you bought it, ya know. But I thought that since they were all nice and all I would give it a shot. When I got there Josh took me to the service department and one of the mechanics did not hesitate to test drive my New bike and quickly came back and said that I was exactly right it was not working and even commented that he agreed with me completely. I was kind of in shock because most mechanics don't normally agree with the customer. But the mechanics who work there all gathered around my Zx6R and quickly realized that the quick shift was not turned on. They nicely showed me how to turn it on and off on the dash and I was quickly on my way back home. On my way home I was quite shocked at how good my overall experience has been with SRS. Every person there made me feel welcomed and like I was part of their small family or something, I felt like I had a Great, Awesome experience. I normally do not give reviews as I stay busy and honestly don't have much time, But these guys deserve a great review and although I am sorry to SRS for taking a few weeks to give this review, I am glad that I found time to do so as these guys have my best review ever and my continued business and being i live and work on fort bragg home of the best military ever my recommendation to every soldier that drools over my New ride, even those who don't will get my awesome experience. To all who work at SRS, Thank You all for giving me the best buying experience ever, and God Bless!!!"
